The manager dashboard now requests profile, services, tickets, knowledge base entries, and announcements through a single bootstrap API path. This reduces repeated database connections and removes duplicate hot-path work from the first dashboard view. Ticket message loading was also improved so messages are fetched in bulk instead of one query per ticket. The result is a calmer first load for users with multiple support conversations.
